Need a healthy breakfast the whole family will love? These protein packed pancakes are delish AND good for you!
- Kodiak Cakes protein pancake mix (found at Target and Costco)
- Milk of choice
- 1 egg
- Chia seeds
- Flaxseed meal
- Pre-heat skillet while mixing ingredients
- Mash banana in bowl. Add 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 cup pancake mix. Mix together.
- Add in 1 TBSP. chia seeds, 1 Tsp Flaxseed meal, and cinnamon.
- Let sit 1 minute to thicken.
- Use ladle to pour pancake mix on skillet. Option to add chocolate chips, blueberries, or raspberries to pancakes once on skillet.
- Flip when bubbles form on top of pancake.
- Add your choice of topping and enjoy!
