Need a healthy breakfast the whole family will love? These protein packed pancakes are delish AND good for you!

Ingredients:
  • Kodiak Cakes protein pancake mix (found at Target and Costco)
  • Milk of choice
  • 1 egg
  • Cinnamon
  • Banana
  • Chia seeds
  • Flaxseed meal

 

 

 

Process:
  • Pre-heat skillet while mixing ingredients
  • Mash banana in bowl. Add 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 cup pancake mix. Mix together.
  • Add in 1 TBSP. chia seeds, 1 Tsp Flaxseed meal, and cinnamon.
  • Let sit 1 minute to thicken.
  • Use ladle to pour pancake mix on skillet. Option to add chocolate chips, blueberries, or raspberries to pancakes once on skillet.
  • Flip when bubbles form on top of pancake.
  • Add your choice of topping and enjoy!
