I’m so glad you asked. 🙂 Because sleep is the time your body uses to recover, boost your immunity, rest and restore your brain and every other muscle in your body.
When you don’t have a good night sleep it builds stress in your body which can actually make you gain weight! YUCK, who wants that?
You’re also prone to:
- get irritated quicker
- have “foggy brain” syndrome where you can’t think straight
- get sick
- make bad choices on lifestyle choices and food options because you’re “tired” and don’t want to think
- AND get injured if you do workout
